All About Leather Jackets puts in an effort to ship out all orders shipping within the US within 24 hours from when your order is received. International orders are shipped usually twice a week. All orders withim the US will be shipped by UPS and International orders by US Postal Service, unless otherwise specified.   Free Shipping All orders over $200.00 for us customers and over $300.00 for canadian customers are subject to free ground shipping, And a flat rate of $7.95 ground shipping , for all orders below $200.00 for US customers, and $28.95 Shipping for canadian customers, Customers from other countries should call in to get shipping rates. You are always welcome to call in our customer service to check status of your order.

Return Policy
Please read all information carefully. All About Leather Jackets feels that we have the best leather products for the price. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them for full Refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) up to 30 days from the invoice date. All returns must be Called in within five days of receiving the items. Please have available the order number(s) and product(s) to be returned. Returns are not accepted for closeout products. Any product(s) returned without prior approval will be billed accordingly. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Refusal A $15.00 refusal fee, a 15% restocking fee, and freight charges will be applied to all refused shipments. For damaged goods, see Damaged Goods Policy below. 
 

Damaged Goods Policy
All About Leather Jackets takes the responsibility of damaged goods. All claims should be made within in 5 days after receiving the shipment. If applicable, an RA will be issued and item can be returned up to 30 days of invoice date. No credit will be given for returns after 30 days.
